The Official Event Shirt for the CRA/JEGS Red Bud 300 held at Anderson Speedway, Anderson, IN on June 13-14 are now available for pre-sale on Phantom Racing Gear's website at phantomracinggear.com.  We have adult short sleeve t-shirts, adult sleeveless t-shirts, and youth sizes.  Sleeveless and youth sizes are only available on a pre-sale basis.  Your shirts can be shipped to you or can be picked up at the Phantom Racing Gear Booth the day of the race.  Shirt Orders will be shipped by June 10th to ensure arrival by June 13th.

Due to an ongoing issue, we are implementing the following change to our policies.  These changes are effective immediately and cover all orders placed previous to this date, all orders currently in process, and all future orders.   This policy change will be posted publicly on our Facebook page and our website.  It will be emailed directly to customers in arrears. 

Artwork Policy Change:  This change is effective immediately and covers all orders placed previous to this date, all orders currently in process, and all future orders.

Our current policy is that we do not charge customers for artwork.  However, we have had an ongoing issue with customers commissioning artwork for shirts, approving their artwork and all the revisions and then failing to place a shirt order.  

Our new policy will be as follows:  Customers who commission artwork for shirts, place their deposit, and order shirts within 30 days of artwork completion will continue to receive their artwork at no extra charge.  Customers who commission artwork, place their deposits and then fail to order shirts within 30 days of artwork completion will be billed for the artwork charge.  This charge is non-refundable and will not be deducted from any future shirt order.  Artwork will be released to the customer if requested in writing.

Deposit Policy Change: This change is effective immediately and covers all future orders.

Our current policy is that we charge a $100.00 deposit to start artwork.  This deposit is deducted from your invoice total when a shirt order is placed. 

Our new policy will be as follows:  We will require a $200.00 deposit to start artwork.  This deposit will be deducted from your invoice total when a shirt order is placed.  A deposit will be required for each separate artwork that is commissioned.   If the customer fails to complete the order process within the required time frame, the deposit will be deducted from the artwork charge and the customer will be billed for the remaining balance and their credit card will be charged.

As always when we are forced to make these changes we regret that we have to do so.  We, however, cannot continue to spend hours on artwork, revisions, and tending to a customer’s needs and questions through the artwork process and then nothing.  We have had customers who essentially drop off the face of the earth after weeks of constant emailing and phone calls to get their artwork done.   We currently have twelve orders with completed artwork and no orders, some from as far back as October.  These customers will be receiving bills by next week if we have not heard from them.
